The machine is made entirely of electro-welded steel, designed using a 3D software and verified through FEM analysis.
All structures are constructed so as to provide maximum structural rigidity.
The standard numerical control is Fanuc, on demand is possible to install other controls.
Ideal machine for those who need to carry out both heavy and precision machining in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Naval and Energy sectors. It is able to mill and drill on any type of material in particular alloy steels, duplex, super duplex.
The machine can be configured in different versions:
- Workpiece table can be fixed, rotating or pallet changer table with 2 or more stations.
- Chain tool magazine with 32 and 60 positions or with a tower with 120 to 200 positions.
- Standard perimeter fairing or integral box with automatic doors and fume extraction system.
